PROD's "Paws to Spay/Neuter" Drawing & Essay Contest
March - April 30, 2008

The entire community is invited to participate in this contest.  It's open to all ages.  Fun prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. 

Drop off or mail your dog drawing and/or your essay on "Why It's Important To Spay/Neuter Our Dogs" before May 1st, 2008 to:

Only one entry per catagory please!  All entries must include your full name, age, and phone number.

Visit the Odell Animal Shelter
3910 Heron Drive - (541-354-1083)

The community is invited to visit the Ross & Daphne Hukari Animal Shelter in Odell located in the Weber Industrial Park at 3910 Heron Drive (541-354-1083).  The pictures posted are some of the canines up for adoption.  Here's your chance to stop by to meet the dogs and view the new shelter!  (Hours the shelter will be open are every Wednesdays from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1p.m., and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.  This facility is not open to receive animals, and anyone wanting to claim their impounded dog must contact Casey DePriest at 541-387-7037. To view a slideshow of the shelter, click here.
