Dear Cleo, PROD, Bonnie and Gabby:
Thank you so much for saving me. I really like my new family, and have been working hard to train them. Here is how my life has been going.
1) I can get lots of extra petting if I swat Mom or Dad with my paw, and if that fails there is always the nose nuzzle.
2) I was getting really good food until my last vet visit when Dr. Dave thought I was a little overweight. Things are not so good now, as I am on only dry food, and the banana biscotties from Gorge Dog are a distant memory. (During that visit Mom found out I had buckshot in my side, which explains why I sometimes don't like getting patted there.) 3) Mom finally gets it that I am not a swimmer dog. I wade, but her attempts to get me in the river this summer failed. I can get just as cool with a roll in the grass. Life is good, and I need to go now as it is breakfast time(such as it is).
