We adopted Abby from PROD in December, 2001 to be a companion to our other dog Dooley. We had just lost  our other dog Shadow to old age and Dooley was very lonely. Abby has been a wonderful dog and is truly part of our family. She is extremely gentle and loving and has a wonderful way of making us laugh at her antics. Adopting Abby from PROD has been a great gift and we are so fortunate there is an organization like yours to find homes for animals. (Steve and Sue K.)

Bud is a total delight. He is funny, well-behaved, cute beyond belief, and his dog and people social skills are off the charts. He has made friends with all our neighborhood dogs and people. Cats are another story, but we keep him at least civil on that count. He is a wonderful addition to our family. Thank you again. (Kathy M.)

Here is a picture of Zeus. He was an absolutely wonderful dog! He loved to go on long runs, swim, catch the frisbee, chase the ball, etc. Zeus had been having seizures in the last 1 1/2 years as a result (we believe) of a run-in he had with a car. He died in August of this summer after a particularly difficult round of seizures brought on in part by and made worse by the extreme temperatures we experienced mid summer. (Steve C.)
